What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with Thirty days of receiving the item. However we aren't the original seller and you must contact and/or make reference to the actual sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are almost always made back to the initial card and may take up to Four weeks to credit back. However some resellers can have different policies regarding refunds, such as only giving store credit or gift cards. Please reference the original sellers refund policy.

Requirements for a 100 % refund

In most instances these are the requirements to get a 100 % refund.

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items should be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) have to be unopened and still within their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic devices will need to have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing must be unworn

3rd party Seller Returns Policies

Even though many sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to our own, some seller returns policies can vary. Each seller's refund policy is available on the vendor's web-site. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped from a seller are borne by way of the buyer.

Heavy/Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

The Returns Center will guide you through the returns process and may request you to contact our specialized support service team, which can schedule the pickup of your item.

Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of your item. To make sure that your return and refund are processed correctly.

UPS Pickups

Whenever you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to the address with the shipping label within 1-5 business days. Ensure you've described the defect, damage, or error highlight that with the returned package. If the original packaging still is available, return an item in this packaging. To help avoid problems with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels which are still on the box.
